Suede Jacket for Fall + 3 Random Thoughts

There is something special and luxurious about a suede jacket.  It's the perfect Fall layer that adds instant chic to your look.

This exact jacket comes in 3 colors.  However, it has been so popular that it is in and out of stock in various colors.  I'm sharing some other beauties I found down below so make sure to check them out!
Throw this on over a t-shirt like I did here or it will be gorgeous over a dress for work or a night out.  It's such a versatile piece for work or play that you'll wear for years to come.

3 RANDOM THOUGHTS:

1 - Last week on our way home from Charleston we stopped at a huge farmer's market in South Carolina to get peaches.  $20 for a huge basket - yes please!  They have been so good.  We've just been eating them plain and on cereal.  I really need to buckle down and make a dessert or something with them.  What's your favorite peach recipe?

2 - This morning I made it back to the gym.  It had been 2-3 weeks.  Anyone else feel like Summer is a whirlwind?  Even though I go to the gym at 5:30/6 am, I feel like there is so much that I need to get up and work on instead of going to the gym.  I need to get back on schedule.

3 - Speaking of schedule, we went school supply shopping yesterday.  Yikes!  I can't believe school starts in 2 weeks!  Our daughter is in 7th grade and cross country practice starts tomorrow as well as cheer.  Back to the grind we go!

  1. Whenever I see the combination of a tan jacket and striped shirt, I automatically think of the 1st episode of Gossip Girl when Serena was traveling on the train

  2. Love this Fall look! I haven't had a suede jacket in years! It rains here so much during the winter, I feel like I'd only get a few weeks of wear. But I want one each year, lol!

I have an apricot tree, and all of them are ready at the same time each year. I make a crumble topping I put over the halved/pitted apricots (like to add blueberries too) and it's delicious! I can look for the crumble recipe and post it here....

My kids start back in 2 weeks as well. I've got one going into 9th, 7th and 4th. Busy times are ahead for sure!
