Sweater Dress - Day 3

Now that the weather is a bit chilly, it's time for sweaters.  So why not try a super cozy sweater dress?!

One thing I love to wear in the Fall is a cozy sweater dress!  It's perfect for those Fall days when it's chilly in the morning, but warms up with the afternoon sun.  And they are so versatile!  (see the end of the post!!)  Nordstrom is always where I go when I'm looking for seasonal pieces, like sweater dresses, to add to my closet.  They have one of the biggest selections around and offer free shipping and returns!  Amen!!

When it comes to sweaters in general, I am a little picky.  I don't like itchy materials or too tight of a fit.  I would think that is true for most of us!  Same thing with my sweater dresses.  It has to be super soft and a flattering fit.  I was so excited when I found this dress.  The material is so cozy soft, like a sweatshirt.  And I love the balloon style sleeves.  It adds some fun to the look.  I thing this dress is super versatile too, from tall boots to sneakers.  At the end of the post, I'm sharing a couple other ways you can style this sweater dress.  And I've rounded up some other sweater dress options.

I also have to mention these booties!!  Talk about versatile.  I've been wearing them with jeans and dresses and all types of looks this Fall.  They honestly go with everything.  And they are the perfect shade of brown that I was looking for.  They also come in a black leather and a gorgeous wine suede (that I think I need too)!!  And they are under $90.

Make sure you check out our earlier posts this week.  Day 1 was a beautiful blouson sleeve sweater and Day 2 was a fun colorblock sweater.  Check back tomorrow and Friday for our other 2 sweater looks.

  1. Itchy sweaters are the worst! I recently returned a sweater back to goodwill because it was incredibly scratchy
