Aruba – Where to stay, what to do, what I wore!

Our first trip to Aruba was back in 2014 for our honeymoon.  After 2 glorious weeks, we still weren’t ready to leave!
We love it there and have been wanting to take the kids.
Today I’m excited to share all the details of our trip!  From our favorite restaurants, what activities we did and all my outfit details.  So be sure to scroll down to the end.
One thing we did a little different this time, was use a travel agent to book our hotel and flights.  It was amazing and I highly recommend using one!  No stress and she detailed a few options for us to pick from and found us the best deals. Definitely saved us SO much time.
If you are interested in using a travel agent, below are the details on who we used.  This is not sponsored – we were just highly impressed with Nicole and our trip was super smooth!  Everything was done over the phone and email so even if you aren’t local to the Columbus, OH area, I’d still highly recommend!

This time, we stayed at the Hyatt.  I highly recommend staying there!  It was fabulous.
Look at this view from our room!  Tropical vibes everywhere.

So two questions I got asked over and over is where to eat and what activities to do.
Here are my top favorite restaurants that we enjoyed:
Barefoot Restaurant – I highly recommend this spot!  Be sure to make a reservation so you can sit out on the sand at sunset.  Gorgeous and the food was delish!
MoomBa Beach – A great atmosphere right on the beach.
Azzurro Restaurant – Amazing Italian food.
Bugaloe – We ate here 4 times for breakfast!  Right on the water so the view is amazing.  It was a short 5 minute walk from our hotel.
Eduardo’s Beach Shack – The acaii bowls were amazing!!
Now – what to do!
Lot’s of water activities.  All along the beach there are water sport activity places.  Tubing, water-skiing, parasailing, etc.
One activity we were so excited to do with the kids was snorkeling.  It was their first time and they did so well!!  We took the Jolly Pirate Snorkeling Cruise.  Loved it and highly recommend!
If you are feeling adventurous – I’d recommend driving across the Island to Baby Beach for more snorkeling on your own.  We just rented snorkels.  A gorgeous beach and more coral and fish to be seen.
Now on to what I wore.
As always, you can get outfit details under our SHOP tab or by following along in the FREE LIKEtoKNOW.it App.  (We even share more there than what shows up on Instagram).  Here is the link.
